- Phillips spent her junior season at Texas Southern in the SWAC in 2023-24, seeing action in 29 games with nine starts
- Played her first two years at Indian River State College
- The native of Winter Haven, Florida, amassed 3.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per game with 14 steals and 11 assists
- While at Indian River, Phillips saw action in 62 games across her freshman and sophomore years, respectfully, pouring in more than nine points per game and three rebounds
- Against North American last season, she poured in a season-high 17 points and shot 6-of-12 from the field, including a season-best four (4) three-pointers to go along with three steals
- Freshman year at Indian River, second team all-conference performer
- First Team all-conference as a sophomore while shooting 40 percent from the three-point line
- Honor roll list at both Indian River and Texas Southern
- Commissioner’s Cup honoree with a 3.6 GPA at Texas Southern
