2019 (Senior): Pitched the third most innings on staff with 52.1 ... went 1-5 with a 5.58 ERA over eight starts and seven relief appearances ... had 24 strikeouts to 20 walks... season-high seven innings at FAMU (3/9) and four strikeouts vs. SSU (4/7).
2018 (Junior): As a junior, Tyler started nine games and led the qualified weekend staff with just 16 walks in over 43 innings. He earned two wins on the season.
2017 (Sophomore):Â Â Krull again was an important factor to another championship season, and quite possibly the most successful in Wildcat history. Tyler made nine starts, appeared in 19 games, and had the fourth-lowest ERA with a 3.74 mark. He pitched over 55 innings with 31 strikeouts and 16 walks. In the 2017 Gainesville Regional, Krull was spectacular. Against top-25 teams USF and Florida, he combined to pitch 5.2 shutout innings with seven hits and no walks as the Wildcats advanced to the regional final by defeating Marist, USF, and Florida.
2016 (Freshman): Finished the season with the team’s second lowest earned run average (3.26), and the lowest among starters… Worked his way into the starting rotation for weekend series beginning with Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play… Posted a record of 3-1 on the year… Saw action in 14 games, picking up a start in five contests… Tossed two complete games, combining for one shutout… Worked 38.2 innings on the year, recording 29 strikeouts against just 11 walks… Opponents batted at a .236 clip against him on the campaign… Saw his first action of the year with an inning of relief efforts against UCF (March 9), allowing no hits and striking out one batter… Pitched three innings in the first leg of a doubleheader at North Carolina Central (March 19), allowing a run on three hits scattered and a pair of strikeouts… Grabbed his first collegiate win in a 7-6 decision out of the bullpen against Savannah State (April 10) in Ormond Beach, Florida… Went three innings against the Tigers, allowing a run on four hits and fanning three batters… Fell in his first career start in the second leg of a doubleheader at home to Florida A&M (April 16), going four innings on the bump with three runs on four hits, two walks and three strikeouts… Picked up his first quality start with seven innings in the second game of a doubleheader at home to North Carolina Central (April 23), giving up just two runs (one earned), scattering six hits across, walking one and striking out four in a no-decision effort… Registered his first complete-game shutout in the nightcap of a doubleheader at North Carolina A&T (April 30), tossing seven innings, allowing just one hit and matching a season-high with seven strikeouts… ion the 6-0 decision for the Wildcats… Went the distance in back-to-back outings in the nightcap of a doubleheader at Savannah State (May 13), giving up just a run on five hits, two walks and a season-high tying seven strikeouts in the quality start of seven innings worked and a 5-1 Wildcats win… Went 2.1 innings as part of a start against Norfolk State (May 20) in the MEAC Tournament in Salisbury, Maryland…

Attended Cardinal Newman High School… Played high school baseball under head coach Sean Comfort… As a senior, started in 11 games on the hill, picking up a 4-6 overall record… Appeared in one game out of the bullpen… Tossed 54.1 innings, striking out 60 batters and walking just 15… Tallied an earned run average of 2.30, using a WHIP of 1.28 on the campaign… Selected as an honorable mention Small School Players of the Year member… Team MVP… Private School All-Star selection, in addition to Dick Howser All-Star selection… SACSN All-Star… Team went 11-16 in 2015, losing in the first round of the regionals… Junior season, went 6-3 on the bump in 11 starts… Worked 57 innings, accumulating an ERA of 2.95, tallying 62 strikeouts and 26 walks… Used a WHIP of 1.33 for the year… Northern Conference honorable mention performer… Class 4-A (AAAA) All-District Team… Helped Cardinal Newman to a 16-12 record, advancing to the regionals… Honor Roll student all four years in high school… Had straight-A’s in mathematics… Finished high school with a 3.4 GPA…

Son of Scott Krull and Rachel Osborne… Born on March 12, 1997, in his home town of West Palm Beach, Florida… Majoring in Sports Medicine… Plans on becoming a physical therapist… Aside from baseball, enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend and other friends, as well as watching baseball and movies… Chose to attend B-CU because it felt like home, especially the baseball team, and it was really nice and cool… Favorite sports memory was a playoff game against St. Andrews at home, as the news station was there and the stands were packed to capacity… Wears lucky underwear and socks before he pitches… Favorite professional team is the Atlanta Braves… Favorite movie is The Hangover… Favorite professional athlete is Chipper Jones because he was the Atlanta Braves’ best player for many years, and he was amazing to watch play… Favorite TV show is Breaking Bad… Favorite actor is Jim Carrey… Enjoys Eminem as a musical artist… Favorite meal is chicken and pasta… Most prized possession is his Chipper Jones batting glove that he wore in a game as a kid…
