Played in all 12 games in his first season with the program after transferring from Syracuse… Saw time on the defensive side of the ball, as well as on special teams… Picked up five tackles on the year… Secured a primary stop in the home-opener versus Grambling State… Also tallied a primary stop in a victory on the road against Savannah State… Picked up assisted tackles in three consecutive games against North Carolina Central, Norfolk State and Hampton, respectively… Tallied an assisted tackle for loss against the Spartans in an ESPNU televised contest on a Thursday night in Virginia…

Played in 11 of 13 games… At Washington, made one tackle… Against Maine, recorded two tackles… Against Colgate, had two assisted tackles… At West Virginia, made one solo tackle… At Cincinnati, recorded a tackle… Against Louisville, finished with two tackles… At Rutgers, had an assisted tackle… Against Boston College, registered one solo tackle…
