2012 – Junior Season
Steady performer who started 10 games at the cornerback position, and saw playing time in 11 game soverall • Ranked in the top 10 on the squad for total tackles • Finished the season 31 tackles, a tackle for loss, three interceptions and three pass breakups • Collected a career-best seven tackles, all primary stops, against Coastal Carolina in the opening round of the FCS Playoffs • Amassed four primary hits in the 21-16 defeat of Florida A&M in the Florida Blue Florida Classic game in Orlando • Registered three tackles and two pass breakups against North Carolina Central • Grabbed down four tackles, including three solo, in the win over Norfolk State • Recorded two tackles and an interception in the 28-12 Homecoming victory over North Carolina A&T • Tallied four stops, including two primary stops, in a 38-26 win at Hampton • Claimed his only tackle for loss on the year against Tennessee State, finishing the game with two tackles overall • Also claimed two solo hits at BCS opponent Miami (Fla.) • Earned MEAC Defensive Player of the Week honors for his performance in a 27-14 victory at South Carolina State • Hauled in a career-high two interceptions and registered a tackle against the Bulldogs in the MEAC-opener for both teams • Began the season with an assisted stop and a pass breakup in the 38-28 victory over Alabama State in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge game in Orlando.
2011 – Sophomore Season
Started 10 games at cornerback for the Wildcats • Finished 12th on the team in tackles with 21 (12 primary stops) • Grabbed a crucial 12-yard interception in the win on ESPNU at No. 24 Norfolk State • Tied with D.J. Howard for the team lead in pass break-ups (4) on the year.
2010 – Freshman Season
Worked his way into the secondary rotation in his rookie season, playing in eight games • Totaled 19 tackles on the year • Best game of the year was in the biggest game of the regular season, against SCSU • In that game he recorded five tackles, including four solo takedowns and one tackle for loss • Eight pass breakups on the year.
