2012 – Junior Season
Named first team all-conference in consecutive years • Aided the Wildcats in leading the MEAC as a team in scoring offense, total offense, rushing offense and first downs • Finished second in the league in rushing with 1,069 yards • Became just the seventh 1,000-yard rusher in Bethune-Cookman history • His 119 attempts in 2012 was third-most in school history for a single season • Third all-time in school history with 2,465 rushing yards in his career • Fifth all-time in Wildcats history with 26 rushing touchdowns • Scored a season-high (MEAC second-best) 11 times on the ground • An excellent receiver out of the backfield, he finished third on the squad with 14 receptions for 148 yards and a score • Seventh in the MEAC in scoring with 72 points • Became the first Wildcat to rush for a 1,000 yards since Allen Suber in 2002 • The first running back to gain 1,000 yards on the ground since Steve Wallace in 1997 • Ranked 40th in the country with 89.1 rushing yards per game • Ended the year with three (3) 100-yard rushing performances • Started in 10-of-12 games for the Wildcats, while playing in all 12 contests • Began the year with 123 yards on 21 carries in a victory over Alabama State in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge • Rushed a season-high tying 21 times for 81 yards and a score the following week at South Carolina State • Picked up 66 yards and the team’s only touchdown at BCS opponent Miami (Fla.) • Also caught two passes for 29 yards against the Hurricanes • Rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown, while posting 27 receiving yards against North Carolina A&T • Ran for a season-high 158 yards and two scores vs. North Carolina Central • Tallied a career-long 93-yard touchdown against the Eagles • Became the first Wildcat to register a 90-yard run since Lamont Finnie in 2002 • Named College Football Performance Award Running Back of the Week for his efforts against N.C. Central • Went over 100 yards for a second consecutive week with his 111 yards on 19 attempts and a touchdown at Morgan State • Picked up 97 yards on the ground and a touchdown in a conference-clinching victory over Savannah State • Caught three passes for a season-high 41 yards – including a 30-yard long reception – while rushing for 77 yards and a score against Florida A&M • Carried the ball 18 times for 77 yards and a touchdown against Coastal Carolina in the opening round of the FCS Playoffs • Scored his 12th touchdown of the season – marking eight consecutive weeks with a touchdown – on a 10-yard run against the Chanticleers to close out the B-CU scoring for the season.

2011 – Sophomore Season
The first B-CU running back to earn first team All-MEAC honors at B-CU since Steve Wallace in 1997 • Started nine of 10 games • Came on strong in the second half of the season • Led the Wildcats and was fifth in the conference in rushing • Carried the ball 146 times for 866 yards • Tallied 5.93 yards per carry and seven touchdowns, finishing second on the team in that category • Averaged 86.6 yards per game on the ground to rank second in the MEAC • Ranked 41st in the country in yards per game • Came out of the backfield to record 14 passes for 171 yards and a touchdown, averaging 12.2 yards per catch • Registered a career-best outing at Norfolk State with 206 yards rushing on a career-high 34 carries • His performance proved to be the offensive key to the Wildcats’ upset of the 24th-ranked Spartans in a nationally-televised game on ESPNU • It was only the school’s ninth 200-yard rushing performance in history.

2010 – Redshirt Freshman Season
Saw action in all 12 games for the Wildcats • Led the team in touchdowns on the year with 11 • Placed third on the squad in total offense • Second on the team in rushing with 530 yards coming on 118 carries • His best game of the year came at Morgan State • Rushed for 101 yards on 13 carries against the Bears • His longest run of the year was a 30-yard scamper against Edward Waters in the season-opener • Also ended the year with 76 yards receiving on 10 catches • Redshirted in 2009.

Walton High School
Four-year contributor at Fort Walton High School • Named as the Small School Player of the Year as a senior • Broke all former school records in rushing.

Born in Thomaston, Ga., on August 15, 1990 • Born to parents Nathaniel and Patricia Jackson (both deceased) • Has two brothers – Carlos Mumah (who played at Tusculum College) and Xavier Jackson • Father to Zayleigh Jackson • Majoring in Criminal Justice.
