2010: Played in five games for the Maroon and Gold, catching four passes for 16 yards as a wide receiver in the new spread multi-receiver offense

2009: Saw action in seven games for B-CU, catching at least one pass in each game...made his first collegiate reception against Shaw (9/5) in game one for a 16-yard gain...had his best receiving performance against Florida A&M (11/21) in the Florida Classic, with four receptions for 58 yards...caught a 46-yard TD pass to make the difference in the 9-7 win at Delaware State (10/10) to earn B-CU's first win of the season...accumulated 12 catches on the year for 199 yards...also ran the ball several times, gaining 49 yards on 11 carries, scoring a touchdown in the 21-10 win at Howard (11/14)...returned three kickoffs for 47 yards

Personal: Born November 16, 1989 in Daytona Beach to Sonia McLeod...both his mother and uncle (James McLeod) ran track at Florida Memorial University...Jameil also runs track for Bethune-Cookman in the 100m and 200m...three-year letterwinner at Buchholz High in football and track, was named first team All-State as a wide receiver...also earned a first team All-State honor in track, and was ranked among the top 10 fastest times in the 200m in 2008...participated in Student Government and volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club...is pursuing a career in sports medicine and majoring in Biology at Bethune-Cookman
