Played in 11 games in his first year with the program after transferring from Dodge City CC… Saw action as a reserve linebacker, safety and on the special teams unit… Collected four total tackles on the year… Picked up a primary stop in a home victory against Delaware State… Assisted on a tackle in a Homecoming win over Howard… Tallied a pair of assisted stops, including an assist on a quarterback sack in a road victory at Savannah State…

Attended Dodge City Community College for two years… Played at both the outside linebacker and strong safety position… Turned in a big performance in the Second Annual Purple and Gold Scrimmage, stepping in front of a pass for an interception…

Prepped and played at American High School in Hialeah, Florida… Clocked at a time of 4.47-seconds in the 40-yard dash… Also received interest from Alabama, Connecticut, Florida State, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Stanford and Syracuse… Played in the 2012 TOC Nike Dade vs. Florida All-Star Game… Member of the 2013 Miami Herald Preseason Watch List…
