2014 – Junior Season
Played in all 12 games during his first season with the program… Saw action as a reserve defensive back and on special teams… Picked up six tackles on the campaign, four of those coming by way of assisted stops… Returned one punt on the season… Picked up an assisted tackle in the home-opening victory against Grambling State… Had a season-best two solo tackles at UCF in Orlando… Recorded his first pass breakup in a come-from-behind effort against Florida Tech… Blocked a punt and returned it 11 yards for a touchdown in the MEAC-opening win at home against Delaware State… Picked up one solo tackle on the road against South Carolina State… Recorded a pair of assisted tackles against North Carolina Central and Norfolk State, respectively…

Before Bethune-Cookman
Attended and played two years at Mount San Jacinto College in his home state of California… Started his second season at cornerback… Had three of his best games against Chaffey College, East Los Angeles and Los Angeles Valley in 2013… Ended the year with 17 primary stops and seven assisted tackles for 24 total… Averaged 4.8 tackles per game… Registered two interceptions and one fumble recovery… Chipped in with one quarterback sack…

Prepped at Rancho Verde High… All-conference performer for the Inland Valley League… All-Central Division cornerback… Helped Rancho Verde to a 13-1 overall record, including a perfect 7-0 record in league play as a senior… Ranked No. 31 among all cornerbacks in California following the 2012 season, as ranked by MaxPreps… Team finished 14-0 (7-0 league) as a junior in 2011…
