Biography

Before Bethune-Cookman
  • Spent time at Arizona (2023) and California (2020-22) before arriving to Bethune-Cookman during the winter transfer period
  • Appeared in three games during the 2023 season for Arizona
  • Made four total tackles (two solo, two assists)
  • Played in 24 career games at California
  • Made 13 total tackles (10 solo, three assists) with three tackles for loss, two sacks, one pass deflection, and one forced fumble over four seasons with the Golden Bears
  • As a Sophomore (2021), played off the bench in 10 games including each of the last eight and recorded three tackles including a seven-yard sack against Colorado that was the first sack and tackle for loss of his career
  • During his redshirt freshman campaign (2020), played in each of the first three contests of a season shortened to four games by COVID-19 including his first career start in the second game of the campaign at Oregon State
  • Contributed a pair of tackles with one each in the first two games of the campaign at UCLA and Oregon State

  • Played on both sides of the ball as a 2018 senior at Rainier Beach High School, seeing action at defensive end and outside linebacker on defense and tight end and wide receiver on offense for a team that reached the quarterfinals of the 3A State Football Championships
  • Spent his 2016 and 2017 sophomore and junior seasons at Sheldon High School in Eugene, Oregon, where he combined during those two campaigns for 60 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 7.0 sacks (-32 yards), 16 quarterback hurries, two interceptions that he returned for 100 yards and one touchdown, and one pass deflection
  • Had 48 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 5.0 sacks (-21 yards) and 11 quarterbacks hurries, as well as all his interception and passes deflected numbers as a junior for a team that finished 10-2 overall and reached the second round of the 6-A Oregon state football playoffs
  • Contributed 12 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks (-11 yards) and five quarterbacks hurries as a sophomore for a squad that also finished 10-2 overall and got to the quarterfinals of the 6A Oregon state football playoffs
  • Played basketball as a 2017-18 junior at Rainier Beach High School after playing three games at Sheldon High School before transferring
  • President of his school’s Pacific Islander Club at both schools
  • Listed as a four-star athlete by 247Sports, in addition to being a three-star rated recruit out of high school by ESPN and Rivals, respectively
