Comes into the 2014 season on the Preseason All-MEAC Second Team for defense… Played in all 13 games during his first year with the program, making a start in 11 of those contests… Started the final eight games of the year… Finished the year with 35 total tackles, including 12 by solo performance… Tied for fourth on the squad with 8.5 tackles for loss… Registered three quarterback sacks… Intercepted one pass while pressuring the quarterback six times… Began the year with two primary stops and a quarterback hurry in the John Merritt Classic against Tennessee State in Nashville… Turned in two tackles (one solo) and another hurry in a home-opening victory over Virginia Union… Season-high matching four tackles (all primary stops), including a season-best two quarterback sacks, in the road win over FBS opponent Florida International University… Posted two tackles, an assisted tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry in the MEAC-opening road win at Delaware State… Began a four-game span with at least four tackles by posting four (three assisted), including a quarterback sack and a hurry, against Savannah State… Posted four-tackle outings with a tackle for loss as well against South Carolina State and North Carolina Central, respectively… Recorded four tackles (all assisted) and a half-tackle for loss against Norfolk State… Registered three tackles (one primary stop) with a tackle for loss in a home win over Hampton… Matched a season-high with four assisted stops. At Nassau CC
Played two seasons at Nassau Community College… Tallied 26 total tackles from his defensive line position during his final season… Posted 16 primary stops, along with 10 assisted stops… Registered a team second-best 10 tackles for loss… Pulled down four quarterback sacks…
New Utrecht High School
Played three seasons at New Utrecht High School in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York… Finished his career with 93 tackles, including 49 primary stops… Averaged 5.2 tackles per game during his senior season… Pulled in a season-best 12 tackles for loss that year… Tallied 52 tackles through 10 games, including 32 solo tackles... Forced two fumbles and recovered another during his final two years…
