Joined the team as a walk on wide receiver in 2011 • Played in two games as a sophomore in 2012 • Pulled in his first collegiate reception for one yard against Norfolk State • Also played against Tennessee State • Played in just one game as a freshman in 201, seeing his first action in a key ESPNU television victory over 24th-ranked Norfolk State • Graduated from Lyman High School, playing wide receiver and quarterback for the Greyhounds and coach Bill Caughell • As a senior, rushed for 180 yards on 21 carries and caught 20 passes for 361 yards • Played in the Central Florida All-Star game • Also ran track in high school, logging and 11.7 in the 100m.
