Tim Weston joins the Wildcats in his first season serving as the Director of Football Operations. Weston previously worked with Coach Woodie at FSU, where he served as a recruiting assistant from 2018-2021.

Prior to joining B-CU, Weston spent time with the Hula Bowl College All-Star Game as an Area Scout (2021-2022) and the Director of Operations (2022-2023). The Hula Bowl was held in Hawaii from 1947 until 2020, but Weston played a major role in the transition to the mainland as the game was moved to Orlando, FL for the 2022 game. Weston spent the previous three years working as a Player Personnel/Operations Recruiting assistant with Coach Taggart and Coach Norvell’s staffs at Florida State.

Weston is a 2x graduate from Florida State, earning his Bachelor’s in Sport Management in 2019 and Master’s in Sport Management in 2020.

Weston is a native of central Florida, growing up in Kissimmee, FL. He attended Liberty High School, playing Quarterback under coach Cory Johns.
