In 2011, Saw action in 11 games • Started the first four, three in the middle and the final game at corner • Recorded 46 tackles on the year, including 1.5 for a loss of two yards, forced a fumble, recovered a fumble and grabbed a team high two interceptions • Had one double-digit tackle performance with seven solo tackles and three assists at Louisiana • Recorded first collegiate tackle for a loss at Florida added an assisted tackle for a loss versus Middle Tennessee • Forced and recovered a fumble at Louisiana while his interceptions came the final two games of the year versus UAB with a 23 yard return, his first collegiate interception, and versus ULM with a 24 yard return • Saw action in 11 games, drawing a start the final game of the year • Played both defensive back and on special teams • Recorded 10 solo tackles as and added seven assists for 17 tackles on the year, including one for a loss two yards • Also had a 0.5 sacks for a loss of two yards • Redshirted in 2009.

Ft. Meade High School
Played for Hayde at Fort Meade High School where he recorded 10 interceptions and 18 pass break-ups • Credited with 60 tackles and touchdowns • Earned all-county as a defensive back, was named MVP of defensive backs at Cal Camp as well as all-state • Three-sport athlete (football, basketball and track).
