Biography

Before Bethune-Cookman
  • Spent the 2024 season at Arkansas State; two years at UCF (2022-23); and the 2021 campaign at South Florida
  • Played in four games with the Arkansas State Red Wolves, passing for 163 yards and three touchdowns on 14 of 21 passing
  • Rushed for one touchdown on 19 attempts and amassed 39 yards on the year
  • Registered two touchdowns in his first game at Michigan (Sept. 14), finishing 7-for-11 passing for 82 yards
  • Also had a passing score at 20th-rankd Iowa State with a 4-for-7 performance for 50 yards
  • Saw action during the 2021 season at USF, but redshirted in 2022 after transferring to UCF
  • In 2023, saw action in seven games with three starts, completing 64 of 102 passes (62.7 percent) for 1,065 yards
  • Tossed nine touchdowns to just three interceptions
  • Completed a season-best 20 of 28 for a career-high 321 yards against Villanova (Sept. 16)

  • Helped the Seminoles go undefeated (12-0) to the Class 8A state championship and become the first undefeated state championship team in Orlando area history
  • Capped his four-year tenure as a starter with a 40-5 record
  • As a senior in 2020, totaled 1,529 passing yards and 16 touchdowns along with 577 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns
  • Accounted for three touchdowns in come-from-behind victory over Apopka in the state semifinals, leading a pair of fourth quarter scores including a 58-yard go-ahead TD run with 3:47 to play
  • As a junior, led his team to an undefeated regular season and a third-round appearance in the state playoffs

  • A quarterback connoisseur, his favorite is Bart Starr, a Hall of Famer for the Green Bay Packers from 1956-71
  • Took the Apopka Raptors to three youth-football national championships
