2012 – Sophomore Season
Played in all 12 games with a starting role in two of those contests • Hauled down 14 stops, including 11 primary stops • Collected one tackle for loss on the year • Registered two interceptions, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery • Finished with two tackles (one primary, one assisted) in the 24-14 loss to Coastal Carolina during the first round of the FCS Playoffs • Held without a tackle, but picked up his first career blocked punt that led directly to a touchdown in a 49-7 victory at Savannah State • Also collected his second interception of the year in the game against the Tigers • Concluded the second of back-to-back weeks with a season-high tying three primary stops and a forced fumble in a 24-13 win at Morgan State • Picked up a season-high three primary tackles in the 42-17 decision over North Carolina Central • Tallied an assisted stop and primary hit to go along with his first career interception in a hard-fought 38-26 victory at Hampton • Had probably his best overall game with a tackle for loss, forced fumble and recovered fumble in the end zone for a touchdown in the MEAC-opening 27-14 win at South Carolina State • Limited to a primary hit in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge victory over Alabama State in Orlando.

Saw action in just two contests during the 2011 season at Minnesota • Redshirted during the 2010 campaign with the Golden Gophers.
Seminole High School
A 2010 graduate of Seminole High School in Sanford, Fla. • Served as a team captain during his senior season, and helped lead his team to a 2008 state championship and a 9-3 record in 2009 • Was invited to play in both the Central Florida All-Star Game and the Florida Athletic Coaches Association All-Star Classic • Ranked fourth on the team with 60 total tackles as a senior, broke up 12 passes, tallied one interception, forced a fumble and notched one sack in 2009 • Recorded 68 tackles, with eight for loss, 15 pass breakups and three interceptions as a junior in 2008, playing for the Seminoles • Coached by Michael Cullison.
