Earned minutes as a reserve forward, including the season opener at Florida (11/8)…At the Hospitality Hill Challenge in Denton, Texas, Johnson recorded season highs of four (4) points, one (1) rebound and one (1) assist versus North Texas (11/24)…Johnson played in only three games before an injury sidelined her for the remainder of the season…Named to MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team.
Freshman Season (2012-13):
Played in 20 games in her rookie campaign with the Lady Wildcats as a reserve point guard, working her way into the starting rotation for five games near the midpoint of the season…Averaged 0.8 points, 0.5 assists and 0.5 rebounds per game while playing 5.4 minutes per outing…Logged a solid outing at Kent State (1/2) with 15 minutes for three (3) points and one (1) assist, hitting 3-of-5 free throws…At North Carolina A&T (2/9), Johnson logged career highs of five (5) points and three (3) rebounds in a season-best 22 minutes.
