Biography
Before Bethune-Cookman
- Played at Howard University for three years (2020-22), serving as a libero for the Bison
- Selected to the 2022 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner’s All-Academic Team
- Played in 101 sets in more than 30 matches for the Bison in 2022
- Finished the 2022 campaign fifth in the MEAC in digs per set (3.45) while also collecting 348 total digs for the season
- Recorded 72 assists from her defensive specialist position
- Put up a season-high 20 digs versus George Mason (8/26/22) and UMKC (9/3/22)
- Tallied 19 matches with at least double-digit digs
- Had four of her 23 service aces against league foe Morgan State (10/7/22)
- Posted six assists in matches versus Fairfield (9/22/22) and Albany (9/17/22), respectfully
- Helped Howard to a share of the MEAC regular season title, as well as advancing to the MEAC Tournament semifinals
- Howard won 20 matches for the first time since 2019 during the 2022 season
Vanguard High School
- Played four seasons at Vanguard High in her hometown of Ocala, Florida
- Helped her team win the 2018 FHSAA Class 7-A State Championship in Girls’ Volleyball
- Also lettered in Girls’ Varsity Basketball
- Earned First Team All-State in basketball all four years
- Earned a spot on the 2019 College of Central Florida Women’s Volleyball All-State Team
- Tabbed to the Daytona State College Women’s Volleyball All-Conference Second Team
Personal
- Earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University in College of Arts Interior Design
- Admired her mother because of her “never give up” spirit and attitude
