DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Bethune-Cookman Women's Basketball is doing its part to support the annual Bethune-Cookman University Thanksgiving Food Drive. The Lady Wildcats are accepting canned goods and non-perishable items to bring a more joyous holiday to those in need this year. The basketball program ask that donations be brought to the office of Head Coach Vanessa Inge (in Moore Gymnasium lower level) before November 14, 2009, and at the latest, November 22, 2009.

The Nurture and Care committee of Stewart Memorial United Methodist Church has already helped out the cause, giving one basket to the program and another to a needy family in the community.

Bethune-Cookman Athletics would like to thank all providing donations for their support!
