BATON ROUGE, La. - Bethune-Cookman women's basketball continues its road swing, as the Wildcats face their second SWAC opponent of the season, during a Tuesday, Nov. 22 match-up at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 6:30 p.m. EST.
Continuing the four BCU seniors "home tour", the Wildcats Louisiana trip marks a homecoming for senior

After opening the season with a 55-45 victory over Edward Waters College, the Wildcats dropped their next three games by six points or less, falling to 1-3 on the season.

The senior duo also leads the Wildcats on the boards, pulling down 8.0 and 5.0 respectively.

The 1-2 Jags won their season-opener over Spring Hill College (68-53), before falling at Michigan State (70-55) and at UCLA (95-47).
Cortnei Purnell currently leads the SU offense with 10.3 ppg while Skyler O'Bear trails with 9.7 per contest.
On the defensive end, Purnell pulls down a team-best 5.3 rebounds per game, while Samantha Duncan has blocked five shots.
