SOUTH DAYTONA, Florida – Bethune-Cookman volleyball dropped a midweek non-conference match as the Wildcats fell 3-0 (25-13, 25-20, 25-20) to Florida Gulf Coast on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at Warner Christian Academy Gymnasium.
Rookie
Alana Handy led the Wildcat offense, finishing with a team-best nine kills and six digs while
Phylecia Armstrong trailed with six hills and four blocks.
Normaire Rolon Soto led the Wildcat defense with 12 digs as
Phalen Clark paced the offense with 13 assists.
Bethune-Cookman volleyball returns to the court on Friday, Sept. 30 as the Wildcats travel to Tallahassee, Florida to take on Florida A&M at 7 p.m.
