DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Mina Matsuba delivered the deciding point as shorthanded Bethune-Cookman defeated Eastern Kentucky 4-3 Tuesday afternoon.
The Lady Wildcats (4-7) are now 3-2 in these one pointers.
Matsuba, a senior, registered her 64th career singles victory, closing to one win behind all-time leader Valerie Kendrick. With her doubles victory, she now has 127 combined victories, one behind Kendrick's 128.

Alejandra Vidal also won in both singles and doubles for Bethune-Cookman.
In men's action, Eastern Kentucky downed Bethune-Cookman 4-0.
Both teams are in action Thursday against Oral Roberts, the women at 11 a.m. and the men at 2:30 p.m.
