LEXINGTON, Ky. – Bethune-Cookman sophomore
Quamecha Morrison narrowly missed out on an NCAA national appearance on Friday, finishing 13

Morrison did clear 5-10 ½ on her final try, but was pushed out of the top because she needed all three attempts to make the jump. She was unsuccessful in her three attempts at 5-11 ½.

"I told her that she is on the verge of greatness," B-CU Head Track Coach
Donald Cooper said of Morrison. "She's an extremely talented young lady that is still putting it together. Finishing indoor and outdoor like this will make her become more consistent and coachable."
Also on Friday,
Kareem Fair competed in his second event, finishing 38
th in the 200 meter with a time of 21.26. He finished 25th in the 100 on Thursday in 10.37.
