JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Sterling Williamson had a season-high 11 kills in Bethune-Cookman's 3-1 (25-13,21-25,25-19,27-25) loss at Jacksonville Sunday afternoon.
Faith Landreneaux wrapped up a solid week with nine kills, and freshman Alleah Davis eight kills and six blocks for the Lady Wildcats, now 8-21.

Shayla Eugene finished with 25 digs, moving her within 17 of the single-season school record of 464 set last year by
Jordan Jefferson.
BCU nearly forced a fifth set coming back from a 24-22 deficit to tie the fourth set. The Lady Wildcats erased an 11-6 second set deficit and pulled away from a 21-21 tie to even the match.
Jacksonville (10-19) got 18 kills from Mallory Mattingly.
BCU concludes the regular season next weekend with a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference road swing at North Carolina A&T Friday and North Carolina Central Sunday.
