Ciara Thompson put the game out of reach on a free throw with 11 seconds left. The Dolphins did a hit a three-point at the buzzer for the final score.
BCU (5-1) saw a 29-21 halftime lead vanish in the third quarter, but limited the Dolphins (4-5) to two points in the first 6:24 of the fourth to regain the lead on a Thompson lay-up with 3:24 remaining that made it 48-46.
Freshman

"We never settled in against their 1-2-2 zone. We were taking shots that were off … if it weren't for the defense, this would have been a different outcome."
"Amaya redeemed herself tonight and was playing Amaya ball."
