Daytona Beach, Fla.  – Tight End Kemari Averett has been named to the 2021 HERO Sports FCS All-American Second Team Offense, HERO Sports announced Tuesday.
 
The senior grabs another postseason honor after being named to the 2021 All-SWAC First Team Offense last month. The Wildcats' number one weapon on offense finished the 2021 season with 52 receptions, 888 yards, and 11 touchdowns. He averaged 17.1 yards per catch and just over 80 yards per game.
 
Averett led the Wildcats in every receiving category. His impressive numbers put him at or near the top of his conference as a receiving threat.
