Box Score 1 DELAND, Fla. – The Wildcats dropped two contests Tuesday and Wednesday against Stetson and St. John's by a final score of 4-0.
 

Stetson
Bethune-Cookman (2-4) fought hard but could not overcome Stetson (6-4) and its strong doubles units, losing both duels 6-3.

In singles play, the Hatters' Yuki Mizuguchi and Anastasija Adeikyte picked up victories to propel Stetson to the victory.

Jalayah Shaw engaged in a hard-fought battle with Stetson's number one Katia Tuliakova, but the dual unfinished prior to the end of the second set.

St. John's
The Wildcats dropped both duels in singles competition 6-2, as the Red Storm grabbed the doubles point.

Meanwhile in singles play, St. John's picked up wins from Victoria Papadopoulo and Nao Kojima, while the remainder of the sets went unfinished.

B-CU's Maria Romero Vargas had a strong showing against Stetson's number two, winning the first set 6-3. She was leading in the second set 3-1 before the conclusion of the match.
