Softball Team to Participate in Breast Cancer Walk, October 25

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - This Saturday, October 25, the Bethune-Cookman Softball team will be walking in the 2008 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk at Riverfront Park, here in Daytona Beach.

The event is a 5K (approximately 3.1 miles) that will begin at 8:00 a.m. in Riverfront Park; the proceeds go to benefit the American Cancer Society. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.
