DOVER, Del. - The Lady Wildcats opened play on Friday at the annual Capital Classic Bowling Tournament, hosted by 12th ranked Delaware State. Bethune-Cookman opened the tournament sitting in fourth place at the Brunswick Doverama.
  
 Among the 11-team field in Delaware's capital city, the Lady Wildcats earned a 2-2 record in the opening day's Baker play, placing them in fourth place heading into Saturday's Traditional Team play games.
 
 "We feel that it was a good start to the tournament," said Head Coach Tony O'Neal, "but there's still work to be done.
 The Lady Wildcats return for Team play early on Saturday, and then will close out with playoff and championship rounds on Sunday.
