HEAD COACH GRAVELLE CRAIG:
“All you can is throw this tape away and start getting ready for the next game. You won't get anything out of it. Each team has a couple games a year you don't know who you're watching.”
“On West Virginia's famed press: I told the team West Virginia was going to press for 40 minutes. That's a good thing. You have to compete for 40 minutes.”
“That's what pressure does. You can't prepare for [West Virginia's press].”
On having his HS coach come to the game. “It's always good to see friends and visit places you haven't seen in a long time. You just want to be more competitive.”
NOTES: B-CU's 30 turnovers were its most since Norfolk State on 2/9/08 … The last time B-CU faced a ranked team was in 2011 against Baylor … Salaam has been in double-figures twice in the past three games.
