ORLANDO, Fla. - Bethune-Cookman women's basketball returns to the hardwood as the Wildcats travel west, facing UCF Sunday, Dec. 4 during a 2 p.m. match-up in Orlando.

After opening the season with a 55-45 victory over Edward Waters College and a 76-53 win against Flagler, the Wildcats have dropped four of their five other games by six points or less, falling to 2-5 on the season.

Kailyn Williams (New Orleans, La.) posted her first double-double of the season (17 points, 13 rebounds) on Tuesday (Nov. 22) in her home state, finishing four blocks short of her season-first triple double.

Kailyn Williams and
Taylor Houston add 11.8 and 8.6 respectively.
The Houston/Williams duo also heads the Wildcats on the boards, pulling down 6.9 and 6.3 rebounds each, while Williams has already blocked 29 shots in five games played.
Kailyn Williams' 4.83 blocks per game currently ranks second in the NCAA, while her six blocked shots at Southern, Stetson and against Flagler ranks 10th in the NCAA during a single game this season.
UCF
UCF (6-2) saw its three-game win streak snapped on Thursday. The Knights rallied from a 19-point deficit, but fell short at the final buzzer, dropping a 66-65 decision at Buffalo.
Senior Zykira Lewis leads the Black and Gold, averaging 15.8 points per game and needs just nine three-pointers to set the UCF career record. Lewis also ranks sixth in the nation in steals with 27 on the season. Junior Aliyah Gregory joins Lewis in the national rankings as her 17 steals are No. 66 in the country. Redshirt senior Joslyn Massey averages 8.0 rebounds per contest for the Knights, while freshman Korneila Wright leads UCF with 21 assists this season.
