2 BCU finished second nationally in rebounding average behind North Carolina. The 42.1 average and 1,346 total set single-season Wildcat records. This season, BCU's 257 total rebounds ranks 4th nationally and second in the MEAC with an average of 42.83
3 Cletrell Pope is all over the MEAC leaderboard. He paces the conferene with 13 blocks, his 2.17 average per-game, 6.33 defensive rebound average, 9.8 rebounds, and two double-doubles
4 Malik Maitland continued to shine in non-conference play when he dropped a career-best 29 points at Miami. Last year, his best was 22 against Boston U. He scored 17 against Omaha
5 Maitland is second in the MEAC with 15 steals, good for 17th nationally. BCU's 63 steals is third in the NCAA, 23 behind FIU

Malik Maitland was not enough as Behtune-Cookman men's basketball dropped a 76-56 decision to the University of Nebaska-Omaha Tuesday night at Moore Gymnasium.
The Wildcats led by as much as 15 points with 2:42 remaining in the first half on
Houston Smith's three as BCU was 15-28 in the half with 11 assists.

(1/15/18) Led by four players in double-figures, including Soufiyane Diakite's fourth consecutive double-double, Bethune-Cookman University downed Volusia County rival Stetson University, 74-62, Monday at the Edmunds Center.
In the process, BCU (10-9) matched last season's win total and won its fifth straight under first year Head Coach Ryan Ridder. By topping the Hatters (10-10), BCU also defeated its second ASUN Conference opponent of the season on the road, marking the first time in program history BCU has downed two ASUN opponents in the same season.
The Wildcats never trailed in the game by staking the lead for 38:38. The largest Wildcat lead was 18 with 1:02 remaining that capped a 16-4 run over six minutes.
