DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman University softball placed 10 players on the 2018-19 Easton/National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American Scholar-Athlete team.

Maiya Fudge,
Victoria Guzman,
Sasha Killings,
Quianah Mitchell,
Carrington Robinson, Cheyene Smith, Jackie Smith and
Briana Zavala maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout the academic year.
"I'm very proud that our players take the same approach to success in the classroom as they do on the field," said BCU Head Coach Laura Watten. "This is an excellent achievement that we expect each year." Â
They were a part of a record high 8,161 student athletes nationally in Division I, Division II, Division III, Juco and NAIA who made the team.
Bethune-Cookman won its second straight Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference championship and made its 11th NCAA Regional Appearance in 2019
