ORLANDO, Fla. – Track and Field is set for their second weekend of outdoor season as they head down I4 for the Knights Invitational hosted by UCF, Friday and Saturday, March 24-25 in Orlando.
The two-day meet begins Friday morning with field events. The women's discus will begin the day at 11:00 a.m, followed by the pole vault at 1:00 pm. Track action starts with the 400-meter hurdles at 6:00 p.m. The last race of the day will be the men's 5000-meter at 9:20 p.m.
Saturday's action kicks off at 10:00 a.m. with the women's hammer throw. Track events begin at 12:00 p.m. with the 4x100-meter relay.
Last Time Out
B-CU Track & Field enjoyed a strong start to outdoor season, taking home five first-place individual finishes, at the River City Invite in Jacksonville.
Jermaine Dyges took home first in the 100m with a personal-best 10.41, as well as first in the 200m with a personal-best 21.22.
Da'Quon King finished first in the 400m hurdles with a 55.29, and
Guy Bond topped the high jump with a 6-08.75.
Spectator Information
Spectators will be able to attend the Knights Invite but must remain in the stands and will not be allowed on the track level.
