GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The Wildcats wrapped up the indoor regular season with strong performances at the Florida Collegiate Invitational last weekend at the Alachua County Events Center.

Graduate student Kimani Richards enjoyed an excellent weekend, posting a third-place finish with a 1.95m in the high jump. Elsewhere, he also finished sixth in the 60m hurdles, running a 8.54. He also posted a seventh-place finish in the long jump with a 6.47.  

Montrael Bennet posted a top-five finish in the 200m, running a 22.27. Teammate Shanard Walker finished third in the 400m with a 48.99.

Tyler Washington was excellent again in the shot put, finishing second in the event with a 14.09m.

For the women, posted a fourth-place finish in the weight throw with a 13.46m, her best second-best mark of the season in the event. 

Angel Parks finished sixth in the 60m hurdles, running a 9.37. Ktyal Price turned in another top-five finish in the high jump with a 1.60m.

Tatiana Elliott turned in a top-ten finish in the shot put with a 10.81m.
