COLUMBIA, SC - In their penultimate regular season meet of 2024, the Wildcats posted four top-ten finishes at the USC Outdoor Open in Columbia. 

Malcolm Brown posted a seventh-place finish at the men's 800 meter, running a 1:54.98. 

Ashton Matthews also grabbed s seventh-place finish in the high jump with a 1.95. Just behind him in the event was Kimani Richards, who placed ninth with a 1.90m.

The B-CU men's relay team of  Jemari Sanders, Shanard Walker, Ja'Quan King, and Montrael Bennett also grabbed a top-three spot with a 40.64 finish

For the women, Valencia Butler was a top finisher for B-CU, posting a 1:07.49 finish ain the 400m hurdles.

Tatiana Elliott also finished 13th with a 32.64m in the javelin
