Bethune-Cookman University head baseball coach Mervyl Melendez is hosting the annual Mervyl Melendez Advanced Fall Baseball Camp. The camp is filling up fast, and the coaching staff at B-CU is encouraging people to sign up now!
The camp is set for Oct. 13 at 9 a.m. scheduled to be held at venerable Jackie Robinson Ballpark--home of the B-CU Wildcats and Daytona Cubs. Head coach Mervyl Melendez and his staff will have a great slate of practice routines and drills for young baseball enthusiasts to follow for better game play, etc.
Stretch and throw period begins at 8:30 am on the field, and the actual camp begins--once again at 9 a.m.
The price of the camp is $70, but campers will need to bring their own glove, helmet and baseball cleats. They may also bring their on lunch, or purchase a bagged lunch w/ sandwich for $4.
