ORLANDO, Fla. -- Seven points to follow at today's Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Classic.

1) We don't like to mention this, but yeah, FAMU has won the last three Florida Classics. However, we will mention that no senior class at B-CU in the 21st century has gone winless against the Rattlers during their matriculation as a Wildcat.

2) Eddie Poole's pass catching streak is now 21 games and Maurice Francois is now at 12.

3) Sven Hurd needs four points to break the single-season scoring record for kicking of 64 set in 1985 by Manny Manolas.

4) Isidore Jackson may not reach the 1,000 yard mark this season - he needs 222 - but he can post a top-ten season with just 26 yards.

5) Bethune-Cookman's defense has had four games with four sacks or more.

6) After a 2-3 start, Bethune-Cookman is on a 5-game winning streak. The streak includes a 14-6 ROAD victory at Norfolk State, the MEAC champions. B-CU held NSU, ranked 24th at the time, without a touchdown for the first time in 70 games against an FCS opponent. The winning streak also includes a 58-30 victory over Fayetteville State, a 34-6 win at North Carolina Central, a 49-23 win against Morgan State and a 59-3 decision over Savannah State. That's an average score of 50-15.5 in those four games and 42.8-13.6 overall.

7) B-CU racked up 648 yards against Ft. Valley State and 625 total yards against Savannah State. Those are the 13th best and 16th best single-game totals in FCS this season. B-CU also racked 525 yards against North Carolina Central.
