Brandon Tabb, who hails from nearby Hampton and NSU's Jonathan Wade are both averaging 19.3 points per game.
The Wildcats (4-15 overall, 1-5 MEAC) won last year's meeting 72-70.
Norfolk State (7-13,4-2) is a game behind Morgan State for the MEAC lead.
