BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – As the 2022 football season edges ever closer, head coach Terry Sims will represent Bethune-Cookman football as the Wildcats prepare for their second season in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. 2022 SWAC Media Day is set to begin, Thursday, July 21 at 11 a.m. EST in Birmingham, Ala.,
 
The event is set to be broadcast live on ESPN3. College football commentators Tiffany Greene and Jay Walker are set to host and cover the event.
 
Sims is accompanied by senior tight end Kemari Averett and senior cornerback Omari Hill-Robinson, both All-SWAC first teamers a season ago. They join the other 11 SWAC head football coaches and their respective student-athletes as excitement builds for the upcoming season.
