DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The SWAC's No. 2 seed in the East Division is on the line this weekend as the Wildcats face the Rattlers of Florida A&M in Tallahassee. First pitch of game one is set for Friday, May 12 at 5 p.m.
The Wildcats currently hold the second spot in the conference's east division with a 16-17 SWAC record and a game in hand over the 16-8 Rattlers.

The Wildcats swept Alabama A&M last weekend at "The Jack." A Tuesday night contest against Stetson was canceled after mutual agreement between the two coaching staffs.
Nolan Santos was named SWAC Pitcher of the Week after his seven-inning, scoreless outing in which he struck out 12.
Hylan Hall finished the weekend with 7 RBI on the weekend.

Jonathan Hernandez earned the 75th win of his Wildcats career with the B-CU victory Sunday.
The Wildcats took two of three from FAMU in Daytona Beach last month, taking the final two games of the series after dropping the first.
Robert Moya launched a pair of home runs in the Saturday contest and
Hylan Hall plated five runs in the two B-CU victories.
The Rattlers took two of three from Jackson State last weekend in Tallahassee. They were swept the weekend prior at the hands of Alabama State in Montgomery.

- Nolan Santos is third in all of college baseball in strikeouts with 103. He is only four strikeouts behind thee No. 2 spot despite 13 fewer innings pitched than Stanford's Quinn Matthews.
