BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – This week, Bethune-Cookman Football announced the two attendees for the 2025 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Football Media Day set for Wednesday, July 16, in Birmingham, Alabama. Joining Head Coach
Raymond Woodie Jr. will be defensive lineman AJ Hall and wide receiver
Maleek Huggins at the Sheraton-Birmingham, with the event beginning at 11 a.m. ET.
All 12 SWAC head football coaches will be in attendance and joined by two student-athletes from each university, as they address the media about the upcoming 2025 football season.
Across the 2024 campaign, Adrian "AJ" Hall Jr. finished fifth on the B-CU squad with 51 tackles (40 assisted) from his defensive tackle position along the line. Additionally, the native of Rockledge, Florida placed himself third on the team with 4.5 tackles for loss, and three quarterback hurries.
As for
Maleek Huggins, the redshirt senior from Bradenton, Florida, led the Maroon and Gold squad with 37 receptions for 543 yards and a team-high tying three touchdowns.
The 2025 season begins August 29, as Bethune-Cookman travels to Florida International for a matchup against the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) opponent. For a complete look at the 2025 schedule, please click
