Bethune-Cookman University Athletics

Evelyn Wong Hemsley, one of the best women's basketball players at Bethune-Cookman College, served as co-captain of the team while earning All-SEAC honors. She was the leading scorer in the 1953-54 season and was selected the "All-Around Woman of the Year.''
